Snowboarding

Our snowboard lessons are divided into 4 levels, all of which are designed to blend and develop skills at a rate which suits you. Each level will take more than one hour to complete. Each level has an aim, however the exact content will be tailored to the group. You must expect to repeat all of the levels, some more than once. Your instructor will advise you when to move up to the next level.

Clothing requirements

• Long trousers preferably not jeans as these can get wet and heavy
• Long sleeved top
• Gloves are mandatory for all skiers/snowboarders

LEVEL 3 AIM: TO DEVELOP "FALLING LEAF" TOWARDS STEERING. Warm up exercises Revision and practice Develop falling leaf Introduction to steering Advice - What next	LEVEL 4 AIM: TO DEVELOP STEERING INTO FULL TURNS AND DEVELOP TECHNIQUE Warm up exercises Revision and practice Progression to full turns on toe and heel edge Linked basic turns Advice What - next

Lessons run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and at weekends.
